Built on practical experience
Cooiman Capital did not originate from traditional estate agency. Founder René Cooiman moved to the Costa del Sol himself, bought his first property there, and learned the Spanish property market from the perspective of a buyer, entrepreneur, and investor.
When he began sharing his experiences, he increasingly received questions from people who wanted to buy a property in Spain themselves. Where should I start? Which location suits me? What is a good purchase, and who can I trust?
In 2023, we guided our first client through the purchase of property on the Costa del Sol.
In 2024, the number of enquiries grew, and we helped an increasing number of Dutch and Belgian buyers find their place in Spain.
In 2025, that growth accelerated. What began personally developed into a full-service real estate organisation with a local team of property consultants and operational specialists.
Today, we provide structured support to clients with a wide range of property decisions: from a second home or permanent relocation to exclusive villas, property portfolios, and the sale of existing real estate.
In addition, we develop and renovate our own projects. Through Ultimate Interiors and Ultimate Rentals, we can also support clients after the purchase with interior design, rentals, and property management.
We don't just advise on real estate; we buy, develop, sell, and manage it ourselves. That practical experience forms the basis of every piece of advice we give.
