Our ground rules are clear

At Cooiman Capital, everything revolves around trust. These terms and conditions are the basis of our cooperation. They describe what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. We have written them in plain language, without legal fog. Please read them carefully before we get started.
Our service begins with a personal conversation. We map out your wishes and draw up a plan of action. Only once you agree do we start work. We record all agreements in writing in a tailor-made agreement. That way you know exactly where you stand and there are no hidden surprises.
We work with clear rates and a transparent cost structure. In advance, we discuss which services you are taking and what the associated investment is. You only pay for the agreements we make together. Any additional costs, such as notary or valuation costs, are always specified separately. That way you keep full control of your budget.
As a Dutch company with a Spanish team, we comply with both Dutch and Spanish laws and regulations. We are GIPE-accredited and act according to the highest ethical standards. We take our responsibility seriously. We advise you to the best of our knowledge and belief, always putting your interests first. Should something unexpectedly not go as you wish, we will look for a suitable solution together.
These terms apply to all our services, from purchase guidance to rental management. We reserve the right to amend them if circumstances change.
